The sales team is encouraged to sell from the heart by being authentic to the customers’ concerns, needs and practices thus making them more competitive and innovative in their sales approach. This programme also aims at training sales people to actively listen since more than the right product, closing technique or presentation tools, listening is the key to higher sales.   • Interpret customer’s ideas
  • Identify non-verbal communication of the customer
